    Hello @Sambit Kumar Pati

    Welcome to QnA forum,

The error message "We could not evaluate this query due to invalid or missing credentials" indicates that there is an issue with the credentials that are being used to access the data in the Azure Data Factory dataset from Power Query.

    1. Check the connection settings for the Azure Data Factory linked service in Power Query. Make sure that the connection settings are correct and that the linked service is able to connect to the Azure Data Factory.
    2. Check the credentials that are being used to access the Azure Data Factory dataset. Make sure that the credentials are correct and that they have the necessary permissions to access the data.
    3. Check the format of the data in the Azure Data Factory dataset. Make sure that the data is in a format that can be loaded by Power Query and that the schema of the data matches the schema of the dataset in Azure Data Factory.
    4. Check the Power Query logs for more information about the error. The logs may provide more details about the error that can help you identify the root cause.

Did you try creating a new Power Query data source and see if that resolves the issue?
