Can Windows 10 Enterprise create multiple desktop windows? To implement the new desktop, you can configure a new wallpaper application, which is not interconnected with the first desktop. If so, please indicate how to do this?

Windows 10 does not natively support having different wallpapers for virtual desktops out of the box. Each virtual desktop will use the same wallpaper as your primary desktop. However, you maybe find third-party applications to achieve this. Some apps allow you to set different wallpapers for each virtual desktop.
