We are in process of upgrading our existing devices from windows 10 22H2 to windows 11 by servicing channel upgrade in our development environment before implementing in production, but we can see that only 4 devices out 27 devices are showing as required for upgrade, we have checked the scan and other updates and all are same as the 4 devices but still cant figure out why rest of the devices are not showing as required, any assistance will be helpful for us.
