Request on authenticator app isn’t working

I am facing an irritating problem, I have a new cell phone and need to log into my school account. However, this is through the authenticator app. But I get no code on my app nor any request that I can approve. So because of this I cannot see anything on my mails. How can I fix this?

I have a new cell phone and need to log into my school account.

You'll need to ask your school admins to reset the account then you'll get a new QR code with which you can link the new authentication device to your account.
