How to make available web application from both web front end servers

Dear all,

I have farm with 4 servers in minrole configuration.
2 WFE (Front end with distributed cache) and 2 App servers (Application with search)

I have created web application which is hosted on one web front end server.

When I try to open that web application with URL of the web front end server on which the web application is hosted, I am able to access it without issues.

However, when I try to open the same web application from the second web front end server, directly using the second web server URL or via the IIS from the second web front server, the site is opening however a lot of options, buttons are missing and I am not able to navigate between document libraries etc. Screenshot below:

Let me know what I am doing wrong. At the moment there is no SSL setup.
Please help.

Whether have configured AAM for the web application？
