Restore Point From Deleted Disk and Recovery Vault is Orphaned and Cannot be Deleted

While testing Azure Backup I setup recovery for a VM's Disk. Both the Disk, the VM as a whole and recovery vault have since been deleted. A single Restore Point Collection with a single failed restope point persists and cannot be deleted by any means.

I have tried deleting the Resource Group (fails), recreating a disk with the same name in the same RG and region (did not help), using the Revoke Access API call (cannot find resource), force deleting through PowerShell (failed) and going through multiple trouble shooting guides.

Any assistance is appreciated.

@SadiqhAhmed-MSFT Hello, of course, after sererval days, I was able to delete the resource. My best understanding (but not clearly confirmed) is that that no additional actions were required by the support team as an automatically generated underlying SAS expired allowing the deletion of the resource.
