From here i am not able to find resources . I have to give proper name of resource also i have to install "Az.Sql module".

Can you please clarify what your ask is:
Based on the 1st error message it is clear that there is no database with name automation-poc in the RG : Telemedicine-dev.

whereas in case of 2nd message, you have not passed the RG name within the Powershell trigger

Nandan Hegde I am asking about not able to connect my runbook to sql server directly. I got this errors. But i already pass proper subscriptionID, resource group name , server name ,Database name etc. Or tell me which database name i will pass on that. check SS for same.

Login to the RG : RG : Telemedicine-dev and check whether there is any Azure SQL DB with name automation-poc and share a screenshot here. Post that we can help accordingly
