Upgrading custom models from GA V3.0 to V3.1

Hello,

I am trying to use the 'Upgrade Feature' within forms recogniser studio to upgrade a custom project from GA V3.0 to GA V3.1. It is telling me that the project upgrade has failed but without any further details. Any idea how to resolve this?

Furthermore, when I try to use the auto-label feature I get an error that the project cannot access the storage account.

Appreciate any input.

Hello, I selected my existing form recogniser project and clicked the upgrade option and went through the steps visible in the attached screenshot. When completed, I received the error below.

Hi,

I am getting this issue as well when trying to upgrade a model from the 2022-08-31 API (GA v3.0) to the 2023-07-31 API (GA v3.1). Tried looking everywhere and I can only find this page which outlines the same issue I am having. Any solutions yet? Thanks in advance.

Hello

I have the same issues, can't upgrade an project and can't use the auto label feature, both times I get the same errors as @Colin McNelis.

Further informations to my setup: The storage account is configured with restricted access and the Document Intelligence has a system assigned managed identity configured with Storage Blob Data Contributor to the storage account (as stated in the documentation : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/managed-identities?view=doc-intel-3.1.0)
