We have a completely airgapped system that we need to deploy a Windows Server Standard 2022 VM to.
We are unable to find any documentation or posts related to activating Windows Server 2022 without internet.
Please help! Thanks.

This doesn't work, the phone number just says go to a website which says to call Microsoft on the previous number. So I can't activate online or by phone. Why are we buying this software again?
