On our network there is generic network login ID in Active Directory. It is used by 13 individuals on 4 different computers at different times. 8AM to 8PM shift and 8PM to 8AM shift. I need to create 13 netork login ID's for each individual but have the desktop and access to the different programs, files, etc show as the current netork login ID's profile. Once I get all the users created and all of them have at least accessed each system once I wan to either disable the generic login ID or delete it. Preferably disable it. I am not that great at Active Directory but know a little bit about it. I have already created all the users network ID's. I now need to show when they login with their own ID that it brings up what the generic ID would show. We are doing this to try to track who logs in to the different systems and such. At present when they login with the generic on all 4 of the systems we have no way to tell who logged in on which system, etc.... This is a 911 dispatch center where the dispatchers are all logged in on each system at one time using the one generic login ID. As info the generic login ID is: dispatch. Any help to do this the easiest way is appreciated.

I now need to show when they login with their own ID that it brings up what the generic ID would show

For this you could copy the desktop and or shortcuts from the one profile to the others.

At present when they login with the generic on all 4 of the systems we have no way to tell who logged in on which system

There isn't really anything native for this. This tool might help otherwise you may need to custom code something.
