Has anyone had any issues with Document Intelligence where uploaded documents and labeled data have disappeared from projects?

We have had 2 issues recently and I am wondering if any one has run into these issues before and might have a solution.

The first issue was with a project where we had just finished labeling the information to be extracted. When we went back to conduct a review, we found that 7 of the 9 documents that were uploaded and labeled had disappeared. When we uploaded the missing 7 documents, 5 of them immediately showed as labeled. The remaining 2 documents had to be labeled from scratch.

The second issue has happened a few times. In this case we finish labeling document only to discover on review that some of the previously labeled data is no longer labeled.

The documents for each project are stored in a blob container for that specific project.

All the projects are API Version 2022-08-31.

In this issue, it's possible that the missing documents were not successfully uploaded to the blob container or were not properly labeled.

So, I would suggest navigating to the Blob container (Azure>Storage account>blob container) and for each document you will see three files related to this.

Please check the labels.json and ocr.json files to ensure that they contain the expected data. If any data is missing or incorrect, you may need to re-label the affected documents.

You can open the fields.json file to verify that all the fields for the project are present. If any fields are missing, you may need to add them and re-label the affected documents.
