Office does not include Teams and will automatically generate Teams meetings

We purchased the Office one-time service in 2019 and do not include Teams. Why would Teams meetings still be automatically included.

    According to our research, this seems to be a transient backend error, Service health ID: TM649896. The engineering team is currently working on remediating this impact. Please be patient and wait for the next update.

    Affected users can create a non-Teams meeting using the following steps:

    1. Access the New Meeting drop-down list in the Calendar ribbon of Outlook.
    2. Select the New Meeting Request option in the menu right clicking Outlook Calendar.
