Hi, like the title said, is it possible to transfer the public IP of a Standard SKU to another subscription?

I understand that you would like to know if it is possible to move Standard SKU Public IP from one subscription to another.
As mentioned by @Luke Murray below, it is possible to move Standard SKU Public IP from one subscription to another. But before attempting to move the Public IP address, you need to disassociate it from the attached resource.

It is, you have to make sure its unattached, from any resource currently using it - and then you can do the Move.
You are unable to move IPs between REGIONS however.

You can move it between subscriptions but not regions.
