Dear Team,

  1. My subscription ends on August 15, but I have renewed it by paying now using my outlook email: ******@outlook.com I have noticed that you have charged me the double amount. Please kindly refund me the amount you owe me.
  2. Even though I purchased the annual subscription before it expires , I still see the message saying "your subscription expires on...''. Does it mean that I won't see this from the 14th of August onwards.
