Office Home 2016 for Windows was installed on a PC that has failed. How can I reinstall?

I have Office Home 2016 for Windows installed on a PC that has been perfectly functional for all my needs. Now, the PC it was installed upon has died, failed. How can I reinstall this single copy of Office Home 2016 on a functioning PC so I may continue to make use of this copy that I own? When I tried to install, prompt reads "Product Key Has Already Been Used." I only wish to use product on 1 system, the product is paid for & fully ownde & I cannot afford to pay for an upgrade.

So how do I move the product to a new system (Which I know can run the software)?

    There are two type of licenses one is called OEM which you only could install on one PC and you could not transfer to another PC. The other one is FPP ,where you could transfer to another PC just you have to make sure to completely uninstall it from the other one.

    First, you need to check license and see if it is OEM or not. In case, it is OEM , you won't be able to transfer it. You may also have a look at:
