Invoiced but I have a VS Enterprise Account

I just received an invoice for almost $100 from Azure but I have a Visual Studio Enterprise license which entitles me to $150 in Azure credit. I don't have a support plan so I can't submit a ticket for help with them. How can I contact them to reconcile it?

The chat helped! Thank you! The way Azure has structured the way you request help is convoluted. It's as if they're trying to hide how you submit a ticket because after you submit the details of what your problem is they show you a list of ways to troubleshoot it. You have to know to click on "Return to support request" which takes you back to the previous page where you regain the next button which allows you to actually submit a ticket. Super confusing. Super frustrating.
