Is it possible to utilize Exchange Online services in conjunction with On-Prem Active Directory without the necessity of syncing it to Azure?

    If possible would you please share some more detailed information on why you do not want to establish Directory synchronization with Azure AD?

    To me if you do not have AD synchronization with Azure AD, it is not possible for Azure AD (Exchange Online) to get the required information from on-premises AD.

    Thus it is not possible to integrate your on-premises AD with Exchange Online without Directory synchronization with Azure AD.
