Our team wants to migrate the domain from one azure subscription to another under same tenant. How do we make sure that the domain is up and running in both the subscription as we need to perform testing

@Gautham G , can you please clarify - what do you mean by "domain" based on your question?
Custom domain which are existing in the subscription
the domains are hosted by the tenant, not in the subscription
To further elaborate @Gautham G , the subscription is responsible for the billing. So, you can move the domain from one sub to the other; as long as the sub is the same region, but it won't exist in both subs.
