Azure AI Document Intelligence not returning all "confidence" values

Greetings, I'm new here and doing some research on utilizing Azure AI Document Intelligence (or Form Recognizer) selecting “Document Analysis” then “Read” and “Layout” (I can’t determine a difference in results yet) to extracted some JSON results from a multi page Incident report with handwritten data utilizing the OCR. It does seems to be very accurate!

But I have a couple questions that I'm hoping somebody will be able to respond to. I noticed with the reviewed JSON data in the result tab there is a value for “Confidence” but it only seems to do it for the first page, not every value, Is this is by design, can anybody acknowledge this? And I also noticed I sometimes get a value for “page number” sporadically on page 1 and sometimes on page 2.

I believe these are critical for my project to prooceed, Thx!
