Assistance needed to recover daughter's account after phone was stolen and password forgotten

My daughter's phone was recently stolen, and we tried to use the "Find My Device" feature on my phone. However, she doesn't remember the password, and none of the other password recovery options are available to us since they require access to the phone. What can we do to recover her account and regain access to her phone? This is an urgent matter that requires immediate attention.
