Hi there

I want to go to Azure Portal so I can rent some cloud/computational space

When I want to log in, I fill in PW and UN and then it redirects me saying I should open my Authenticator. So I do, but nothing happens. When I am in my authenticator, I am trying to add my account again, fill in the PW and UN in the app but then again, it asks me for the code from my Authenticator, while I'm in the app...

The app does not give the code in a pop-up. I cant switch screens, because I am in the middle of logging in again in the Autheticator app, so I'm stuck

My account is already in the Authenticator (I see the correct emailadress there), it works for other accounts I have connected

What can I do now?

Microsoft Authenticator

    Hi Tom,

In this case you will need to contact the Tenant Admin to reset the account MFA settings for your account and this should allow you to re-add MFA settings on the App this is called re-registration process.

if you are the only Tenant admin you will need to contact Microsoft support to reset the account via the proper validation process https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    Hope this helps.
