On Windows 10 machines, the Toon App without a watermark does not function.

Hello, members. On my Windows 10 computer, I've been learning how to use the Toon App to edit images, but I'm running into some issues. My Windows computer can't run the R2park, however Samsung S20 phones can. I would much appreciate any assistance.
