How did you activate the Office 2019?
Did this problem appear in all clients or specific client?
Try these methods to troubleshoot this problem:
- Please turn off the firewall and anti-virus software temporarily.
- Please make sure that the port opened by the client is 1688, which can be set by:
cscript "(Office installation path)Office16ospp.vbs" /setprt:1688
. - Then continue typing:
cscript "(Office installation path)Office16ospp.vbs" /osppsvcrestart
command to restart the Office Software Protection Platform service. - Enter the following command to specify the KMS host to attempt activation ("XXXXXXXX" stands for KMS host name or IP address):
cscript "(Office installation path)Office16ospp.vbs" /sethst:XXXXXXXX
cscript "(Office installation path)Office16ospp.vbs" /act
