change the personal account (MSA) associated with your Certification profile

Question

I completed coures with outlook email, linked it with office email. And during exam registration, used gmail (which is my personal permanent email) to give the exam and linked it with work email. I got the email saying pass and link to see. I can only see profile with gmail, all courses completed, badges, but certification link says, no certificaiton with this profile. I can't check certification result details as well.
