Unable to view Azure certificate

Hi

I completed The Azure fundamentals AZ900 certification on 08/09/2023, and details as follows,

Candidate id: MS0995477535

email: ******@infosys.com

When I logged in the training dashboard I could not see any certificate I received.

So am not sure how to view or download AZ-900 certificate. So please help me with this issue.
