How to fix my audio missing?

2 months ago, my audio still normal but for some reason i let my laptop stay for like 30 minutes, when i came back my audio lost. I try to bring to the shop to fix it but not working. I need help my lap is S340-15IWL Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81N8
