Requesting support for AZ900 exam re-schedule issue

I scheduled my AZ900 exam, but when I go to my profile and access the Certifications option, I don't see my exam schedule. Instead, it's an empty page asking me to browse for certifications. I had to call Pearson Vue to reschedule my exam, but I want to know why this issue happened and how I can fix it. I'm requesting support from Microsoft to fix this issue.
