How to transfer azure app service domain to another account?

I have bought a domain name through Azure, and i want to transfer it to another azure account.

I read that you can do this by going to "App Service domains", then choose the domain/resource, and then under "Domain Management" in the menu, then i should click on the "Advanced Management Portal", but that menu item doesn't exist.

I only see "Domain renewal".

To transfer the domain, you need to sign into the admin portal with a Global Admin account and go to Settings > Domains > Check Health > Transfer Domain.

Note that you cannot transfer a Microsoft 365 domain to another registrar for 60 days after you purchase the domain from Microsoft.
