Hello@Syedbabar Ali ,
I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!
Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to "Accept " the answer.
Issue:
-You got an 'Authentication Not Configured' error when tried to run your app from Azure Web App Service link.
-You wanted to know how to skip or bypass this page from application because you're using the default application directly deployed from Azure Open AI chatplayground.
-When you tried to add an "Identity Provider," the only option available was "Provide the details of an existing app registration" but the two options were disabled
Solution:
You discovered you didn't have sufficient rights on your Azure ID, that's why both options were disabled for you. Once your manager granted you the necessary rights, both options became available. You chose the first option (Create a new app registration (Disabled)), and the issue was automatically resolved.
Thanks again for sharing the solution that worked for you.
Best,
Grace
