1-I have come across an 'Authentication Not Configured' error when I try to run this app from Azure Web App Service link.

2-Could you please guide me on how to skip or bypass this page from application because I am using default application which I can directly deployed from Azure Open AI chatplayground.

A - Create a new app registration (Disabled)

B - Pick an existing app registration in this directory (Disabled)

Only the option "Provide the details of an existing app registration" is available.

Solution:

You discovered you didn't have sufficient rights on your Azure ID, that's why both options were disabled for you. Once your manager granted you the necessary rights, both options became available. You chose the first option (Create a new app registration (Disabled)), and the issue was automatically resolved.
