Need help knowing how and where to start

Question

I have a very basic use case. All I need is a database with several tables, several forms for getting data into those tables, then reports for the information (some calculations will need to be made in the reports). I have been using a low-code service, Jotform, and Google. I'm looking to consolidate everything into one place.

My problem is that there is so much, I have no idea where to even start. If I can just get pointed in the right direction I can find my way from there. What services do I actually need? Cost is the primary factor.
