Missing exam voucher for Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals

I completed the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals on August 14th and 15th, but I have not received my exam voucher. I checked my certification profile and there is no discount or voucher associated with my email address. What should I do to receive my exam voucher?
