Azure MySQL instances have disappeared from the Azure portal

I created some MySQL resources in two different resource groups. I configured them and I am able to connect clients to them all successfully. After severals days (with no configuration changes), they are no longer accessible in the Azure management portal, but we continue to be charged for them and they continue to run. I need to modify a firewall rule on one of them but cannot access the resource to modify its network config. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to recover the missing MySQL resources into the Azure portal please? Thank you.

    Hi
    Mark Fleming
    ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for using Azure Services.

As I understand, you could not find Azure Database for MYSQL in Azure Portal.

We are sorry about the inconvenience you are facing.

Could you please check if you could see the details of the MySQL DB using Azure CLI command Show the details of a database "az mysql db show"

Also, could you please check if there are any filters applied when searching or looking for MySQL db.

Or probably resources moved between Azure subscriptions or permissions might have changed.

Please check and let us know the result.

If still you could not find the Database, I would recommend you to please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and in case if you don't have a support plan, do let us know here so that we can check on other options to unblock you. Thanks
