In 2008, the remote desktop service was installed, and there was a tool called remote desktop administrator. This tool allowed users who were logged in remotely to assist users who were also on the same server with any issues they may have had. However, in 2016, why has this tool not been included?

    Hello ryan pan

As my point of view, this tool may not meet today's security standards. Microsoft wants to offer better and more secure ways to manage remote desktops. This tool might have been removed to reduce potential security risks or vulnerabilities associated with direct user assistance on the same server.

There are alternatives or features introduced, such as using built-in Windows Remote Assistance or third-party remote support software.

    Best regards,
