CORE PWA, Push API Edge Fail To Subscribe

I published to Azure this CORE PWA Push API POC. I have 2 laptops with the exact same version of Edge and with the same browser settings see the test details below. Could there be a policy or setting that is blocking this subscription from working on my employer managed laptop, if so could you let me know what policy or setting to have them look at ?

Tested On My Employer Supplied and Employer Manages Edge Browser Settings Laptop

Do you mean the push notifications is blocked in Edge on your employer laptop?
If so, you could go to "edge://settings/content/notifications" to check if there is any website blocked. Or you could navigate to "edge://policy" to check if "NotificationsBlockedForUrls" policy is enabled.
