Sharing print queue between Azure Tenancies

Hello

We have two separate Azure tenancies not connected to each other with users using AAD logins and workstations enrolled into Itune. In one tenancy we would like to run secure print release software offering one single and secure input queue. What is the best and simple way to share this print queue with other tenancies for end users to use for print? Tenancies are not connected and completely separate, so the solution must include sharing print queue, installing on end users' workstations ( ideally Intune) and authentication. Thank you very much in advance

    Hi @WojciechR

If you have two separate Azure tenancies that are not connected to each other, and you want to share a print queue between them, you can use a cloud-based print management solution that supports cross-tenant printing. One such solution is PrinterLogic, which allows you to create a single print queue that can be accessed by users in both tenancies.

PrinterLogic supports various authentication methods, including AAD, so you can use your existing AAD accounts to authenticate users when they print.

Another option is to use a third-party cloud-based print management solution that supports cross-tenant printing, such as PaperCut or Printix. These solutions work in a similar way to PrinterLogic, allowing you to create a shared print queue that can be accessed by users in both tenancies.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
