a request to change the personal account (MSA) associated with your Certification profile. I have my Your Microsoft Certification ID

I obtained three different certifications as a Microsoft specialist a couple of years ago. I had printed the certificates out but don't have access to them now and need it for college. Is it possible to still have access to the certification and be able to connect to my account so I will be able to use it?
