My Microsoft Certification Access Code Expired

I earned a certification in April, but I did not use the access code before 90 days and it expired. I tried to get a new access code, but when I type in my MCID, it does not let me type the full number. It says "We regret that we were unable to confirm your information in our system. Please confirm that your MC ID, first name, last name and e-mail address are correct, and then try again. Please note that the e-mail address must be the same address used on your MCP profile. For assistance, contact your local Regional Service Center." When I submit information on the temporary access code request page. I cannot link my certification to Learn either.
