I have lost the access to the authenticator to my MS e5 dev free sub account on my android phone unintentionally, and it still provide two choice --->"approve request on app" or "app verification code" which was like a death loop.

Try to sign in to your account but select the Sign in another way link on the Two-factor verification page. (assumes "another way" waspreviously set up) Then update the authentication device here. https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
