How to align my Certiport account with my Microsoft account

Hi All,
I have passed AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals exams on Certiport. My certificate and transcript are visible on certiport, but not on my Microsoft account.
But I recently got a set of MC ID and temporary access code via mail. Are these credentials helpful in making the transcript visible in my MS Learn profile?
Can anyone please help me in creating a link between my certiport and microsoft account so that the transcript is reflected in my microsoft account too. Thank you!!
