Request Retake PL-300 exam after failing

Question

Dear Support,

I was not able to pass the Pl 300 certification on the first try.

It has passed 24 hrs rescheduling window still I am not able to get any reschedule or retake option in my account.

I had an impression that the retakes were part of the one-time payment I had done. For all the retakes do I have to pay the fees?
