I can't access my school email through the authenticator app.

I can't access my school email through the authenticator app. I login and everything it ask for the authorization code. my phone broke and I dont have access to it. I dont know how to fix it and login. I need it for school that starts next week. Please does anyone have a bypass or any idea how to help. I'll really appreciate it. thanks!
