Recently, it was found that the Exchange server automatically unloaded the database and mounted the database, and there is currently no information in the system log, and the system log found that there is an action to mount.

    You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check the Exchange Server event logs for any errors or warnings for the database.
    2. Use the Exchange Server diagnostic tools to scan the database.
    3. Look for ExchangeStoreDb events.
    4. Restore the database from a backup.
    5. Just create a new database, move all the mailboxes (including arbitration) to the new database, and drop the original.
