windows 10 professional update restart pending. not working as per the group policy. patches are pushing through wsus server

I have setup a wsus server for patch management. Pushing windows 10 patch updates to client machines. Group policy has been applied via domain controller. As per the policy client machines should contact wsus server for patch updates. So as per the policy updates has been downloaded and installed automatically. But automatic restart is not working as per the scheduled time So please solve my issue.

following are the group policy that I have enabled.

1, specify intranet server. Intranet server is wsus server

2, Configure automatic update- I have chosen option 4, that is Automatic download and schedule the install. Also I have put tick mark on Install during maintenance time( default time is 3 AM)

3, Turn off auto restart during active hours( active hours 7AM-9PM)

4, Always automatically restart at the schedule time

But based on above policy only auto download and installation is working. Restart is pending for several days.

Review my guide and its policies. I'm betting if you turn off the install during maintenance and setup the policies like in my guide, it will get it working.
