TunnelRelay unable to connect to remote server

I'm using the latest version of TunnelRelay for Linux, on a CentOS7 environment.
Upon running the TunnelRelay.Linux.Console script I'm getting the following error -
is there anything that could've caused this issue?

It's been about a week and I'm getting no help here..
still stuck with the same issue even though we've tried whitelisting the domain of the relay service and resetting the appSettings.json
