Recently completed exam is not showing in my profile

Question

As above, I completed the AZ-900 exam and passed successfully via Pearson VUE. No evidence of this appears in my profile, and I don't see how it can as I never told them my account details.

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can correct this, as my HR department want to see the certificate?
