How can I remove myself from Microsoft Azure Pass tenant I have no access to and without self-remove functionality?

I was given access to a Microsoft Azure Pass tenant a long time ago. I am trying to remove myself, but that functionality has not been enabled. I have no permissions to the tenant to remove myself or see any resources.

How can I remove myself from this tenant?

I found another thread that told me to visit My Account but with the tenant in the URL, like so:

    https://myaccount.microsoft.com/?tenantId=microsoftazurepass.onmicrosoft.com

I was able to leave successfully.
