I am not able to create postgres flexible server read replica using terraform and az REST API.

Whenever I am creating Postgres flexible server read replica using Terraform it throws an error for operation timeout. And using az rest API it starts to create but after some time it throws an error like resource not found.

My understanding is that you are trying to create an Azure PostgreSQL flexible server read replica using terraform and REST API but failed with timeout and resource not found error.
This coud be due Insufficient permissions: Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to create read replicas for the resource.
Resource quota limits: Please check if you have not exceeded the resource quota limits for the resource you are trying to create the read replica for.
Check if you are deploying the read replica in a different resource group different than the primary replica

Which region you are trying to create a Postgres flexible server?
When the script failed, you would get the tracking id.

Can you please try creating server using portal? This is just to rule out whether it's a platform issue, a region issue, or a template issue.
