If i completed a significant amount of Learn modules under bankrupt company; Any chance of migrating to new email?

I recently was included in a large national company bankruptcy and had spent the last year completing a key amount of Microsoft azure modules in prep for formal certification testing. Would really like to continue on from where i left off if possible. Any chance of getting those modules transferred to my new personal account to continue on where i left off?
