Licensing Thin Client with Microsoft 365

If I license Thin Clients with Microsoft 365 E3, do I need a Windows OS/ VDA add-on additional license or the VDA use right included in Microsoft 365 E3 is ok?

The Thin Clients must be operating on a compatible and supported operating system. These Thin Clients should be seamlessly integrated with a recognized hypervisor.
