OneDrive backup - folders left out in the user profile after enabling the sync

I have a question related to OneDrive Backup. When it's enabled Known Folders (Desktop, Documents, Pictures) should move from %userprofile% to %userprofile%<tenant name>. While it happens in majority of cases I spotted a few where indeed folders were moved, but e.g. Documents folder was also left out under %userprofile%. It might result in user keeping the data in an unsynced folder and it's not a perfect situation. Has anybody seen it? Is there any way to make sure these folders are moved and Documents, desktop and pictures are not visible in %userprofile%?

    It is possible for some folders to be left out of the OneDrive backup when enabling sync, even though they should be moved to the user's OneDrive folder. This can result in unsynced data and is not ideal. One possible solution is to use Configuration Manager to move the Windows known folders to OneDrive for Business. This can be done by creating OneDrive for Business Profiles and specifying settings for moving the Windows known folders, including Desktop, Documents, and Pictures. This can help ensure that all necessary folders are moved to OneDrive and not left out in the user profile.
